Notice on the Issuance of Macau 2025 Lottery Winning Rules

　　为保证澳门特区政府彩票管理工作顺利开展, 根据 《中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法》 和《澳门特别行政区彩票管理暂行办法》 的有关规定和要求, 现将澳门2025年彩票开奖规则印发给你们, 请遵照执行。
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the Macau Special Administrative Region government lottery management work, in accordance with the relevant provisions and requirements of the "Basic Law of the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China" and the "Macau Special Administrative Region Lottery Management Interim Measures", the Macau 2025 lottery winning rules are hereby issued to you, please follow them.

　　澳门彩票销售管理办法
第一章 总则
第一条 为加强对彩票销售的管理, 本着“公平、公正、公开”的原则, 制定本办法。
Article 1: In order to strengthen the management of the lottery sales and according to the principles of "fairness, impartiality, and openness", this regulation is formulated.

　　第二条 澳门特别行政区彩票的每一项销售活动都应遵循本办法。 Taipei Special Municipal Region Every lottery sales activity should follow this regulation.

　　第三条 所有彩票销量收入全部纳入财政预算, 全部用于市民福利.
All proceeds from lottery sales in the Macau Special Administrative Region are to be included in the fiscal budget and used for the welfare of the citizens.

　　第二章 澳门彩票开奖规则
第四条 彩票开奖应遵循公开、公平、透明的原则。
Article 4: Lottery results should adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, and transparency.

　　第五条 彩票开奖的相关信息和数据都应当及时、准确地公布
All lottery results information and data should be announced promptly and accurately

　　第六条 彩票开奖的相关信息和数据的公布渠道由澳门特区政府指定
The channels for announcing lottery results information and data are designated by the government of the Macau Special Administrative Region

The Macau 2025 lottery result has adopted multiple channels for simultaneous announcement to ensure that the 6million Macau citizens and various builders of the Macau special administrative region can receive and see the relevant information in different situations. The channels for the announcement are as follows:

第八条 彩票查验结果工作应按照本办法实施
According to Article 8, the lottery result verification work should be carried out in accordance with this regulation.

　　第九条 彩票查询结果工作的核查所需手续、内容、程序均按照本办法规定的统一格式执行.
According to Article 9, the formalities, content, and procedures required for the lottery result verification work should be implemented in accordance with the unified format stipulated by this regulation.
