NOTIFICATION

　　一、通知目的
Purpose of the Notification

　　为加强澳门特别行政区文化体育活动的多元性和推广，促进地区经济的发展，丰富市民的文化娱乐生活，特制定本通知。
To enhance the diversity and promotion of cultural and sports activities in the Macau Special Administrative Region, boost regional economic development, and enrich the cultural and entertainment life of our residents, this notice is hereby formulated.

　　二、通知依据
Basis of the Notification

　　依据澳门特别行政区相关法律法规及政策条例，结合澳门特别行政区特色文化体育活动实际需要，制定本通知。
Based on the relevant laws, regulations, and policy ordinances of the Macau Special Administrative Region, and in conjunction with the actual needs of the cultural and sports activities in Macau, this notice is formulated.

　　三、活动安排
Event Arrangement

   Activity Date and Time
   2025年12月19日晚上8:00 - 2025年12月19日晚上11:00。
   From 8:00 PM, December 19, 2025, to 11:00 PM, December 19, 2025.

2. 　　活动地点
   Activity Venue
   澳门特别行政区赛马场。
   Macau Racing Track.

3. 　　活动内容
   Activity Contents
   包括但不限于马术展示、特色马匹介绍等文化体育活动。
   Including but not limited to equestrian demonstrations and introductions to special horse breeds among other cultural and sports activities.

Policy Support

1. 　　财政补贴
   Financial Subsidies
   对于参与本次马术活动的企业和个人，将根据相关政策给予一定比例的财政补贴。
   Enterprises and individuals participating in this equestrian event will be granted a certain percentage of financial subsidies in accordance with relevant policies.

2. 　　税收优惠
   Tax Incentives
   对马术活动的参与企业，按政策规定给予税收优惠。
   Companies participating in the equestrian event are eligible for tax incentives according to policy provisions.

3. 　　市场推广
   Marketing Promotions
   澳门特别行政区政府相关部门将对此次马术活动进行宣传推广，提升活动知名度。
   The relevant government departments of the Macau Special Administrative Region will promote this equestrian event to raise its profile.

To ensure the event proceeds safely and smoothly, the Macau Special Administrative Region Government will implement strict safety management measures and supervise the event site.

　　六、环境保护
Environmental Protection

　　马术活动组织单位应严格执行环境保护规定，合理规划场地，减少对环境的影响。
Organizers of the equestrian event must strictly enforce environmental protection regulations, reasonably plan the venue, and minimize environmental impact.

　　七、社会责任
Social Responsibility

　　企业及个人参与马术活动，应积极履行社会责任，推动地区文化体育事业的发展。
Enterprises and individuals participating in the equestrian event should actively fulfill their social responsibilities and promote the development of local cultural and sports causes.

　　八、投诉与意见反馈
Complaints and Feedback

　　若公众对此次活动有任何投诉或意见，可通过澳门特别行政区政府官方网站进行反馈和提出建议。
